Vacuum - Packing foods by removing the air/oxygen allows them to maintain their organoleptic qualities (flavour and appearance) longer and consequently to improve the quality of the preserved foodstuffs.   Packing foodstuffs such as meat, whole or sliced cold meats, cheeses, pre - cooked foods, rice, pasta and biscuits to measure, using bags or dedicated containers, makes it possible to optimise the space needed for storage inside the refrigerator, freezer or cupboards guaranteeing better preservation in optimum hygiene conditions, also excluding contact between different products and therefore also the risk of cross-contamination.
     
FOR CONVENIENCE   The food vacuum packing system makes it possible to cook large quantities of food and then divide it inot portions to be kept in the refrigerator or freezer, after seasoning or dressomg. They can later be cooked from frozen by boiling or in the microwave.
